With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of national living standards, the laser welding machine as a processing equipment is increasingly widely used, and is gradually applied to our daily life.

Is the cold welder with its similar name also used for welding processing? What's the difference between the two?

I. Principle

The principle of multi-function cold welder is to use charging capacitor, with 10-3 ~ 10-1 second cycle, 10-6 ~ 10-5 seconds ultra-short time discharge. The electrode material and the workpiece will be heated to 8000°C ~ 10000°C instantaneously, and the molten metal in the state of equal ionization will be transferred to the surface of the workpiece in a metallurgical way.

Compared to very short, the machine has enough relative stop time, the heat will be diffused through the workpiece matrix to the outside. Therefore, the workpiece is processed parts will not have heat focus.
