Laser welding machine maintenance should pay attention to which points:

1. In order to ensure the stable working state of the laser welding machine, usually after the equipment has been working for two weeks, or after it has been stopped for a period of time, the parts in the optical path such as the YAG rod, medium diaphragm and lens protection glass should be inspected before starting up to ensure that there is no dust pollution, mildew and other abnormal phenomena on the parts. In this way, the abnormal phenomena can be dealt with in a timely manner. Avoid letting small problems become big problems. If the equipment is used in a clean environment, the inspection time can be delayed for a period of time. This can be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

2. The purity of cooling water is the key to ensure the output efficiency of the laser and the life of the laser cavity parts. Generally speaking, the electrical conductivity of the internal circulating water should be checked once a week for this part, the internal circulating deionized water must be replaced once a month, and the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system should be observed at any time.

3. The operator of the welding equipment can check the laser output spot by using black photo paper. If the spot is detected as uneven or the energy drops, it is necessary to adjust the resonant cavity of the laser to ensure the beam quality of the laser output.
