Battery pole ear is a raw material of lithium-ion polymer battery products. Many of our daily necessities have used it, such as mobile phone battery, Bluetooth battery, laptop battery and so on. Today we are going to talk about precision welding of battery pole lug.

The battery is divided into positive and negative electrodes, and the pole ear is the metal conductive body that leads from the positive and negative electrodes in the battery core. Simply put, it is the contact point of the positive and negative ears of the battery when charging and discharging. This contact point is not the copper sheet we see on the outside of the battery, but a connection inside the battery. The anode ear is divided into three kinds of materials. The positive electrode of the battery uses aluminum material, the negative electrode uses nickel material, and the negative electrode also has copper-plated nickel material. Both of them are composed of two parts: film and metal belt. And the package is heated (about 140 degrees Celsius) and aluminum mold hot melt seal bonded together to prevent leakage, a pole ear is made of two pieces of film sandwiched between the metal belt. The films used in the market are vinyl, white glue and single layer glue.
